RP602 Multi-Function Asphalt Concrete Paver is a construction machine mainly used for the pacing project on the road base and surface for highway of various kind of material. This type of machine has the most advanced technology, such as Micro-computer-controlling system, independent bilateral tracks driving, ultra conic sensor, electric auto-leveling system, infinite hydraulic extension, tamper and electric-heat, which makes the machine features with the same quality and reliability as that of imported machine. Therefore RP602 becomes the ideal equipment for the paving job on stabilized soil for road base and asphalt concrete for road surface.

 

Main Features:

l        Driving system with control for right and left hand separately, computer-control, auto-control technology for paving keeps constant speed.

l        Material level controlled with ultrasonic sensor technology achieves the constant level automatically

l        Electric auto-leveling technology ensures the perfect smoothness.

l        Extendable screed with specific technology of single tamper bar and electric heating are adopted to gain the high pre-compacted density.

l        Centralized lubricating system ensures automatic and even lubricant feeding to bearings in high temperature.

l        Adopted with an advanced, mature and reliable Deutz bf4m1013c water-cooling diesel engine, temperature.

l        Distributing auger, made of high wearing distributing bottom plate and screed bottom plate made of high wearing-resistant alloy and material distributing bottom plate and screed bottom plate imported wearing-resistant material, it prolongs the service life.

l        Control panel shows directly and clearly all working functions, paving, traveling speed; and could be mounted either on right or left side.
