Towing pipeline

(1) After the welding of the crossing pipe section is completed, connect the drag head at the pipe end and separate each pipeline to avoid staggering.

(2) Connection of pipeline and drilling tool: drill pipe + φ500 reamer + 50t rotary joint + 50t U-shaped ring + drag head and the overall connection of the pipeline to be dragged back together.

(3) When all preparations are ready, start towing. Sandbags must be laid under the pipeline, one every 5 meters, and they must be separated from the ground. There must be a detectable copper wire on the pipeline to be dragged back. Place it on the top of the pipeline and wrap it tightly with tape every 2 meters. After dragging back, the copper wire should be exposed to the ground and connected to the excavated pipeline. . The towing should be done in one go without any pause in the middle until the PE pipe line is unearthed on the side of the rig.
