After entering the African market, Sany Group conquered customers with excellent product quality and perfect after-sales service, and participated in the construction of many key projects in Africa. It can be seen in major projects such as the Ethiopian Adama wind power project, the minaret of the Algeria Great Mosque in Africa ’s tallest building, the world ’s largest Dangote refinery, the largest Kusile thermal power plant in Africa, the World Cup stadium in South Africa, and the Mongolian railway With Sany Group's equipment, local customers have increasingly recognized Sany Group.

In 2017, Sany Group's sales revenue in Africa was nearly 1 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of more than 100%. The relevant person in charge of Sany Group said that compared with other regions, the overall infrastructure construction of African countries is still relatively backward, and the local construction machinery market will continue to grow for a long time, and the development potential is huge.

Up to now, the sales of Sany Group's equipment exported to Africa has exceeded 10 billion yuan, ranking first in the export of African products to Chinese construction machinery enterprises. The main products include cranes, excavators, road rollers, compaction machinery, road machinery, energy machinery, port machinery, etc. Among them, concrete machinery, large-tonnage cranes, and small port machinery are in a leading position in the African market.
