WTY-30A Light Drilling Machine is a light prospecting drilling machine developed upon model QPY-30. It was designed for general prospecting, geologic structure prospecting, road and building construction prospecting, shot hole drilling other drilling projects.

 

1. Adopted optimum technical preference, high mechanization, and low labour intensity.

2. Oil hydraulic driving equipped ensures easy handling and high efficiency.

3. The revolving plate could be moved away from the hole with the front frame to ensure a wider working room. Multiple drilling modes selectable.

4. Optimised structure, small volume, lightweight, easy to remove and install, convenient for moving, assembling and repairing.

5. Transmission mechanism in drilling machine gear box makes rapid hole clean up possible.

6. By adopting external dry clutch, the gearbox becomes more compact, ensures easier operating and maintenance.

7. In its revolving plate, the newly installed bevel gear makes it running more smoothly, more adequate lubricate and long working life. Direct connection with gearbox, more compact structure. Adopted lighterφ40 cylinder; Improved chuck ball system, new lever locating set, helps a reliable easy operating. The gross weight of the whole revolving plate has been reduced to half of original.

8. New gear on high RPM (578r/min). In case of drilling hard rock, user could useφ76 diamond to drill.

9. The cantilever support of lifter planet gear has been changed to double support to raise the lifting capacity and working life.

10. Enhanced frame steel spec to enforce the entire rigidity and intensity of frame.
