Eagle West Cranes Inc. (the parent company to Stampede Crane & Rigging) is pleased to announce it has purchased the following Southern Alberta based companies:
- Cox Crane Ltd. in Medicine Hat;
- Cox Hoisting Ltd. in Lethbridge;
- Custom Cranes Ltd. in Brooks.
Eagle West will take ownership of these companies on May 30, 2008 and the current owner of Cox Crane Ltd., Lee Cox, will become the District Manager for all three companies with all company names and the hourly workforces remaining intact under the leadership of Lee Cox.
The three companies have 16 cranes (6 boom trucks and 10 hydraulic cranes) ranging in size from 17 - 100 tons.
