4,The Overall Performance of Buckets
The features of rocky buckets made of high strength wear-resistant steel plate are as follows:
1. Added bottom guard plate of 6-7 transverse stiffening plates with higher wear resistant and bending resistant properties.
2. Added three thicker side guard plates with higher performance of wear resistance.
3. Tooth holders are rock-oriented SBIC products from South Korea.
4. Instead bucket corners with high strength side guard plates.
5. Bucket ear housings are made of quality structural steel with high strength, which is hardened through special heat treatment.
Rocky buckets are not simply thickening materials but designed and produced from materials and structure. Wear resistant materials with high performance will not reduce the power for additional weight while increasing the bucket strength. |
