LiuGong's CLG899III Wheel Loader is the largest Wheel Loader manufactured in China, and last year it has entered the market. The rated bucket capacity of the CLG899III Wheel Loader is 6.4 m3 capable of lifting between 11t and 12t. Integrated innovative technology was applied in the research and development of the machine, which has many independent intellectual property rights. At the same time the machine conforms to Tier III emission standards and perfectly meets the needs of international market. The development of this new loader will allow LiuGong to compete with other manufacturers both in China and around the world in this important segment of the market. LiuGong manufactured its first large Wheel Loader in 1976, when the company designed and developed its ZL90. Then in 1999, it developed the ZL100C Wheel Loader with a bucket capacity of 5.4 m3. At the time, LiuGong was China's only domestic company developing and manufacturing big Wheel Loaders. In 2007, the company decided to develop and manufacture a 10t Wheel Loader to help mark LiuGong's 50th Anniversary in 2008.
Currently, three competitors from the US, Japan and Europe monopolize the market for Wheel Loaders with a bucket capacity over 5m3. These larger machines are widely used in mining, infrastructure construction and by the military. |
