Bucket variety

General Buckets: Standard bucket materials and quality homemade tooth holders.

Reinforced Buckets: Quality structural steel with high strength and quality homemade tooth holders.

Rocky Buckets: Wear resistant steel with high strength, reinforced high stress parts, thicker abrasive parts, reinforcing ribs at bottom, and rock-oriented SBIC products from South Korea.

1. Added bottom guard plate of 6-7 transverse stiffening plates with higher wear resistant and bending resistant properties.

2. Added three thicker side guard plates with higher performance of wear resistance.

3. Tooth holders are rock-oriented SBIC products from South Korea.

4. Instead bucket corners with high strength side guard plates.

5. Bucket ear housings are made of quality structural steel with high strength, which is hardened through special heat treatment.

Rocky buckets are not simply thickening materials but designed and produced from materials and structure. Wear resistant materials with high performance will not reduce the power for additional weight while increasing the bucket strength.

 

The specifications and types can meet the requirements of over 70 kinds of excavators such as KOMATSU, KOBELCO, HITACHI, KATO, SUMITOMO, CAT, etc. and over 20 kinds of bulldozers like KOMATSU, CAT. In addition, we can design and produce hydraulic cylinders according to customers requirements. The cylinder liners are made of cold drawn seamless steel tubes with strong honing technique. The cylinder length can reach up to 3 m with diameters from φ40 to φ400. The piston rods are made of chrome steel with special heat treatment. The unionizing technique is applied to the surface, which makes it high in smooth finish with tough inside and hard outside. The piston rods diameters are from φ5 to φ140, equipped with quality NOK seals. The quality of our cylinders is guaranteed by the test of high-pressure test bed.

 

We can design and produce quick hitch and tilting bucket for various brands of excavators according to customers requirement. Quick hitch can be used on the excavators to change every accessory (such as bucket, breaker, shear, etc) easily and quickly, which has enlarge the use scope of the excavators and saved a lot of time. Tilting bucket, it can change the angle of the bucket without changing the position of the excavator to operate, thus reduce the wear loss and oil cost and improve the work efficiency. 

 

We can produce various kinds of standard booms, arms, and extension jibs for construction machinery. The specifications and types can meet the requirements of over 90 kinds of excavators such as KOMATSU, KOBELCO, HITACHI, KATO, SUMITOMO, CAT, HYUNDAI, DAEWOO, etc. Considerable improvement has been made with reasonable selection of materials and thickness after analysis of stress concentration part through FEM with the help of CAD system. The inside buffer plate is to support tensile load, which prolongs the service life of excavators. Ultrasound wave inspection is applied to check faulty welding points during the inspection period of assembly line. In order to further confirm the machine reliability, extensive jobsite operating trials have been conducted. We also can design various kinds of extension jibs according to customer s requirements. There are two kinds of extension jibs: two-segment type and three-segment type. Two-segment type is mainly applied in the transit of building materials like earth, sand, and concrete, the slope maintenance of expressways, and the dredging of watercourses, etc. Three-segment type is mainly applied in demolishing high-rises.
